Medisec to integrate with Ascribe and Infoflex

Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust has asked Medisec Software to complete an integration project combining Ascribe’s Web Pharmacy System, the Infoflex toolset and Medisec’s Clinical Correspondence system already in place at the Trust.

By combining the three platforms, the Trust hopes to use the information generated by each system to improve the accuracy of discharge information and to speed up delivery to GPs.

“By pulling together key data from a variety of systems, the staff at the Trust can get exactly the right snapshot of information they require to produce the discharge summary appropriate to the patient stay” said Tom Rothwell, MD of Medisec Software.
